CABA was founded by a group of Cape Ann business owners and professionals who were part of a corporate networking group that disbanded. Rather than lose the strong connections they had built, they created a new group—one that was more flexible, empathetic, and tailored to the needs of small business owners. CABA is locally run and focuses on authentic relationships and referrals.
OUR MISSION
Organized in the spring of 2012, Cape Ann Business Alliance's (CABA) mission is to provide a strong local networking forum of unique business professionals who meet weekly to inform, introduce and referral prospective clients to help ones business grow and prosper.

HONORING OUR FOUNDER
John Randazza, of J Media, was one of CABA’s original members and a driving force behind our success. He was a networking powerhouse with boundless energy and an unwavering commitment to supporting others. His leadership and positivity helped shape CABA into the thriving community it is today. John Randazza passed away on December 23, 2020.
